What Is Jeorge ?

Jeorge is an online Event Management system designed to handle a variety of events such as business functions, seminars, weddings, birthday parties, hens nights, baby showers, kitchen teas and reunions. It enables functions of any kind to be easily managed online.

What does Jeorge Do ?

Jeorge is able to handle all your RSVP information (if people are attending your event or not), provide vital information for your event, and also leave feedback. An optional extra is that you are able to create 'gift lists' online which are then made available to all your guests.

How does Jeorge make it easier ?

The internet is the modern-age form of communication. Jeorge enables you to easily provide event details which are then able to be changed at any time when needed. It also enables your guest to easily respond to an event via electronic means.

Where do I Start ?

Simply use the 'Manage an Event' option to go to the Login Screen. Here you can login if you have already created a profile or you can choose the 'Create New' profile button to set up an event.

Once logged in you are able to set up your event information. When you have set up an event, you then can send out your invitations by your normal means, but ensure to include a note that you can RSVP online at www.jeorge.net and include your 'Event ID' and 'Event Password', which you choose when creating your event. If you have attached a 'gift list' to your event you can also include this information with your invitations which will inform your guests of your gift preferences.

How Do I know when somebody has placed an RSVP or selected from the gift List ?

Jeorge will send you (the event organizer) an email informing you that an RSVP has been made or a gift has been sponsored and by whom. You may also log into the event through the 'Manage an Event' option where you can then not only view your events, but also view all the RSVP's to that event and all gift sponsorships at any time.

How many Events can I have ?

There is no limit to the amount of events that Jeorge can manage for you. At your leisure you may delete events or simply set them to 'not active' for record purposes.
